Feasibility study for TMIL (A subsidiary of TATA STEEL LIMITED) for undertaking Maintenance Dredging in Port of Dhamra including Purchase of a Trailer Suction Hopper dredger
First PMC with L&T Ship building for their Green Field Port cum Shipyard project

First overseas Project Management consultancy for Gabon Fertilizer Company, Gabon for Dredging & Reclamation
Second Overseas Preliminary Consultancy for the ZESPG at Manji Island, Port Gentil in Gabon
Project management Consultancy for the Dredging contractor for Capital Dredging work at Gangavaram Port
Consultancy for construction of Dredging and Dredging monitoring equipment for construction of Water Jet Injection Dredger.
Dredging Solutions is also active in Consultancy for offshore trenching and backfilling works for sub-sea pipeline.

Associated with Dredging industry for 40 years assuming different roles and responsibilities including Area Manager, Heading Operations, Business Development, Tendering and Estimation, Project Manager, 15 years as Captain of Dredgers
Worked in reputed Dredging Companies – Dredging Corporation of India, Dredging International, Vanoord, Dharti Dredging.
Committee Member of EADA and was Member of Research and Development Committee for the 10th Five Year Plan of Government of India Also an R & D Member for EADA
Extensive experience in preparing estimates for dredging works, planned dry docking repair specifications along with estimated budgets, carrying out regular inspections on board vessels, planned maintenance systems for dredgers, preparation of various ISM documentation for dredgers, executing dredging projects, pre-purchase negotiations to name a few.

Post graduate Degree in Management (MBA) and undergone a Dredging Training Programme in Training Institute of Dredging, Holland.

Associated with marine industry for over 40 years assuming different roles and responsibilities.
Expertise in all ranks of a dredger, sailing on merchant vessels in all ranks including as Master on Oil Tankers.
Headed dredging project including starting up a full-fledged dredging division.
Extensive experience in preparing estimates for dredging works, planned dry docking repair specifications along with estimated budgets, carrying out regular inspections on board vessels, planned maintenance systems for dredgers / ships, preparation of various ISM documentation for dredgers / ships, executing dredging projects.
